I had my first appointment with Dr. Bertrand this week and was very impressed with her and everyone I had contact with at her office. I have multiple specialty dentists at the moment but need a main "forever dentist". I have finally found that in this office. My daughter is also a patient and very happy with her as well.

I received several consultations for my dental work and ultimately found Smile Design online. I scheduled a visit and met with Dr. Bertrand and her assistant, Tatiana. The way they work together is like a beautiful dance—seamless and in sync.
After a very detailed initial consultation, Dr. Bertrand had me come back for a second visit to go over the treatment plan. At the time, I’ll admit I was a bit annoyed to have to schedule another appointment. However, now that everything has been completed, I completely understand and truly appreciate the level of detail and planning that went into fixing my teeth.
The entire process was seamless, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. Dr. Bertrand is a gifted dentist, and I am so grateful for her and her incredible team.

This was the first time at Smile Design Dentistry. Friendly atmosphere, easy to fill out paper work. I wanted to have my previous dentist as she now works at this location. I've been treated by Dr Hubbard at a different dental practice and I'm pleased with her attitude and attention to my teeth.

I was nervous about changing practices after my previous provider retired and recommended Smile Design Dentistry, but I've been SO pleasantly surprised. Everyone at SDD is super friendly, compassionate, incredibly organized and really thorough. The dentist and their assistants are top notch. They explain everything very clearly, and the office and treatment areas are really clean and nice. I actually feel like my dental care has been taken up a notch by making the switch to Smile Design Dentistry.
