I had a great experience with this dental appointment service. Scheduling was incredibly easy and convenient, and I appreciated how smooth the whole process felt from start to finish. The reminders were timely and helpful, which made it easy to stay on track and avoid missing my appointment.
The staff was professional, friendly, and welcoming, which made the visit much more comfortable. The dental team took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions, which I really valued. The office was clean, organized, and ran on schedule, so there was very little waiting time.
Overall, this service made going to the dentist simple and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Chicago Lake Family Dental!

Overall, my experiences at this dental office are superb ❣️ ❣️ ❣️
In fact, during my last
appointment, Natalie was so gentle and in tune with her process that I fell asleep twice while she was grinding my teeth down and filling them ❣️❣️❣️
This last experience did produce excellent results; however the female dental therapist that did my fillings seemed very rushed; spoke so rapidly that I had to ask if we were in a rush, as it seemed like she had too many espressos and couldn't slow down. Each time she went into my mouth to address the teeth that she was working on, her metal instrument, without fail, scraped across other teeth that were not involved on the way to whatever tooth she was repairing!
I do feel as though I did receive quality results in my visit on 2/23/2026... but I would intentionally schedule around that particular therapist in future appointments.🙏🏾

Last Thursday February 26th I had fillings and an extraction done in the same day! It was absolutely unbelievable how efficient, caring, professional, and nearly painless the whole process was! I have found my dental home; and although I will try to have this little dental work done as possible 😆😬🥺, if I do have it done it will be here ❣️❣️❣️

The dental office is very professional and super clean. Each person working there has a smile on their face everytime I visit. Dr Ali as well as the other hygienist are nice and explain everything I need to know about my kids dental conditions. So thank you Chicago Lake Family Dental! Keep up the good work

The staff of the desk where sweet and kind. The dentist was amazing and patient with my autistic child. The only lack of one star is because the lot with plowed and the snow was left and the only handicap space. The office has limited space to maneuver a wheelchair. I do understand that this is a dental office for us low income people and space is expensive. The staff did the best they could to offer accommodation for me to be in the room with my child the best it could be. Otherwise, I do plan on bringing my children back to this office.

There truly isn’t any rival to tooth pain and not to mention just how personal and life impacting oral hygiene pertains to our everyday lives and lifestyles. I am so grateful to Chicago Lake Family Dental, from the front desk clerical receptionists to the Dental Techs and Dentists, for the amazing quality and humane care they’ve exuded over the years of what is always a humble and at times trying process. Top of their field. God bless them!
