Went in for eye exam. Everyone was friendly and my appointment was on time. The eye doctor was very thorough in explaining what was happening with my eyes. No sales pressure to purchase anything either.

It was easy to schedule my first exam here. The office was kindly able to accommodate a schedule change for me when I was unexpectedly done with work several hours before the appointment! I know I probably just got lucky but still really appreciate it. Dr. Hemann was very professional & provided some info about my vision I hadn’t considered before which I really liked. My previous eye doctor was very good too but Dr. Hemann put their previous treatment into some context that made everything make more sense for me. The office staff was great too about going in depth with insurance benefits & finding some information on a specific set of frames I really like. Shout out to Lauren for the help with financials & assistance with picking out my new rx sunglasses! It was a great first visit, looking forward to the future!

I love the service at Downtown Eyes! Everyone is kind and helpful, and my glasses are beautiful. They have all the newest in lens design and they really know and stand behind what they sell. The doctor was thorough and thoughtful in explaining everything about my exam. The exam itself is thorough and comprehensive. Nobody made me feel rushed in the picking out of my new glasses. I’ve bought three pairs of glasses here now, and have never been happier with my glasses! Thank you Robert and team for all the time spent and helping me find what I was looking for in glasses! I’ll be back for next pair of glasses when the time comes!

New client here and I'll be back! Dr. Zastrow was so kind and thorough. The office was equipped with state-of-the-art technology and I felt the care was excellent.
I also needed new lenses and frames, and the selection was wonderful. The staff were extremely helpful and patient—particularly in guiding me through a couple rounds of frame adjustments to get things just right.
