The staff are very nice and friendly. Overall I would say it was a good experience with my interactions in the store and I would recommend them.
That said, the reason I am only giving them 4 stars was due to the process of getting the glasses themselves. Due to an injury, I was in urgent need of a temporary pair of prescription prism glasses. It took a couple weeks to get the appointment and then a couple more to have the glasses made. When I arrived to pick them up, the lens were incorrect and they had to send them back which took another couple of weeks.
Given I desperately needed these glass as part of my recovery plan but only need them for a couple months, waiting a month and a half just to get them somewhat defeated the whole point. Combined with how expensive they were, this created a bit of an overall frustrating experience.
I will acknowledge that a good portion of this problem is contributed to their supplier not the store itself. But it doesn’t change the reality that the process was not set up well to support my needs.

I have head trauma and am beyond thrilled at the improvements I’m experiencing from the professionals at Bright Eyes Vision Clinic.
Dr. Emily Nelsen and the staff were able to use their state-of-the-art testing and one immediate benefit is my balance issues have greatly improved.
Angela was amazing at helping me select glasses that look good and fit correctly.
The BEVC professionals are my Miracle Workers!
They deserve 10 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I took my younger brother here. He is a nonverbal autistic person who had trouble staying still and gets nervous in new environments. The staff at this eye clinic was very cooperative and patient. I fully recommend this place if you have someone with special needs.

I was so I impressed with my first visit and Dr Jill a few yrs ago that they were the ones I called when noticing a little blurriness, I have cataracts and recommdation made to OVO for consult and surgery. Thou it's out of pocket fee I love their glaucoma procedure, eyes aren't dilated. So worth it to be able to see when leaving/driving home.

Very knowledgeable and friendly service. Dr. Schultz and her staff are very helpful with all aspects of care. Always happy to see them and excited that my eyes are doing great with proper care.
