Excellent first experience at Wink Family Eye Care! The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. The eye exam was thorough, and they took the time to answer all my questions. I felt well cared for and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality eye care.

The minute I walked in the door, I thought the place looked really cheerful. The staff were all amazing, starting with the receptionists to the person administering the eye tests to the doctor. All my questions were answered and to make it extraordinary, when I was through, I called Lyft to return me home. They asked me what kind of car I was waiting for so they watched for car. I got a message that my ride was here and we didn't see it so one of the staff went out with me & she ended up calling the Lyft driver to ask where he was. He ended up being around the corner so she walked with me to car which I was so thankful for as currently I'm having trouble seeing. I can't say enough positive things about Wink (and I love the name). Highly recommended.

First time at this clinic. The welcoming staff is very nice and accommodating. Overall the clinic is very nice and clean.
The selection of eyewear is very nice, there is a varied selection to every taste.
The medical staff is very professional and knowledgeable about eyecare.
Had an appointment with Dr. Roman, very thorough with the eye exam and accurate explaining every detail to the examination.
Parking is a bit tight, other than that its a five star rating for professionalism and customer service.

I’m giving a two not because of the optometrist, she is lovely. I’m giving a low rating mainly because whoever works reception consistently messes up the orders. I called a while ago and strictly asked for pick up. I confirmed with the receptionist I could pick up my order of contacts in person because I will be out of town. She informed me that it was no problem and that they will be waiting for me when I get back to pick up IN PERSON.
Not only did she not follow directions but she mailed the contacts to an address I no longer live at. I hate leaving bad reviews but this is not the first time the receptionist at Wink has completely screwed up an order over the phone. Last time I ordered my colored contacts, she accidentally ordered a completely different pair after confirming with her over the phone I would like to order the Mystic Hazel Colored contacts. She didn’t even place an order for colored contacts. This is deeply disappointing and a hassle whenever having to re-order contacts.

A fantastic experience! Dr Katy was a great listener and very up to date with procedures and eye treatments. I received very professional, attentive and helpful service from every member of the team. A wide range of designer frames and excellent guidance to help me make a great selection!
